What We Do
Build it new, or make the house you have work
Six services, one builder, one set of standards. Whether the job is a ground-up home or a single room, the same people run it from first drawing to final walkthrough.
Most builders hand you a price before anyone has asked what you actually want. The number moves later, and by then the drywall is up.
We work the other way round. We are in the room while the plans are still on paper, so the cost of a decision is known while it is still cheap to change it.
Where to start
Not sure which of these you need? Most conversations start with a phone call and a walk of the space. No charge, no obligation.

Six ways we work
Every one of these runs on the same process, the same crews and the same weekly schedule you can actually read.

Decks & SunroomsBuilding new
A home drawn around how you actually live
A two-story for a family still growing. A single-story ranch for the years after the kids leave. A main-floor primary suite, a second-floor laundry, a lower level with a media room and a wine cellar. The plan follows the life, not a catalogue.
We will help you read a lot before you buy it: we review the site, give you feedback and tell you what the ground is going to cost you before it is your problem.
Remodeling
Work that reads as though the house was always this way
Kitchens, baths, lower levels, whole-house renovations and additions. Older suburban houses hide things, and the difference between a good remodel and a bad one is usually what the builder found before demolition rather than after.
- We open walls knowing what is likely behind them
- You get a written schedule, not a vague finish date
- The crew that starts your job is the crew that finishes it

One call with Skycrest is usually enough to tell you whether the idea works, what it costs and how long it takes.
